L'Americano Espresso Bar

Great place to visit.Lovely atmosphere. However you don’t want to sit outside on a cold windy day! The scones are on another level, the best I’ve had . Sadly what lets it down is the very mediocre choice of their jam and cream. Surely they could improve the selection of better quality jam( maybe offering a choice of two?) and thicker dollop style cream. Great food, a little pricey but overall worth it.

Food and coffee really good quality. Service very poor. Most of the staff non customer service oriented during our visit. One member was service oriented that balanced this out. Staff could do with some redirection of what a good job looks like in service.

Came across this great cafe by accident (it's next door/connected to Coco Republic). I had a delicious salad - definitely not your standard fare! Looks like it operates as a cool bar in the evening, keen to come back for that.

Reasonably priced with great service. Lots of different options to choose from on the main menu, with specials available too. The coffees were good and came out quickly. The food was tasty and fresh. The muffin was yummy. Could do with some outdoor heaters for customers with dogs or just choosing to sit outside as it can be quite chilly in the shade. Will be coming back.

Great place for a coffee or brunch. The location might not look good but the Cafe is big enough that it doesn't matter if you're not in search of a "view destination". The breakfast brioche is great, and I suspect the other food options are also good. Also fairly pet-friendly for the local dog-walkers.

Super nice, would come back as it’s a nice relaxed vibe, chic without being over the top. Four of us enjoyed a great lunch including the lamb ragu, a gnocchi, chorizo salad, steak sandwich, coffees, Aperol spritz, and afters passion fruit meringue and the famous burnt basque cheesecake. After our meal, we walked through Coco Republic for a short time, very convenient.

Amongst the semi-industrial area in Balgowlah , conveniently next to Woolworths is a classy cafe at the front of the Coco Republic store. The L'Americano cafe and my favourite furniture shop Coco Republic makes the perfect symbiotic match. Both places are simply elegant!! The first thing that you notice is a change from the traditional boring cafe scattered on the peninsula, this place has real class. The staff, atmosphere and well priced food make it an ideal place for breakfast and lunch...in some cases they merge together because the ambience just keeps you there...you can always walk a few metres into the amazing furniture store if you need a break from your caffeine addiction and then get back to that second cup :-) ! This cafe is well worth a visit. One of my favourite on the Northern Beaches.. Also congratulations to a brilliant management team- a great group ! Just say T sent me !
